WSOP Academy announces two new training camps

The World Series of Poker Academy, an exclusive series of training camps where participant learn directly from the most successful poker players on the planet, has announced the specifics of its upcoming camp taking place in Las Vegas and Atlantic City next November. The first of the two events programmed will be a two-day AdvancedAcademy held at CaesarsPalace, on November 7th and 8th as a preamble of the WSOP Main Event final table. The WSOPAcademy will move to Atlantic City at the end of November to host a two-day camp at the Showboat Casino, on November 22nd and 23rd.

The WSOP Academy will also implement the "Play Now, Pay Later" program, which allows participants to secure a spot at the camps with only 25% of the cost, with the residual amount due in three monthly payments.

"We're making it easier than ever for poker players to invest in their poker game and become winning players with our Play Now, Pay Later program. Our WSOPAcademy events this November will feature some of the biggest names in poker sharing their secrets and strategies. I'm confident our Academy grads will walk away with the confidence and skills they need to be a threat at the table." said Jeff Goldenberg of Post Oak Productions, the company that produces the WSOPAcademy.

The Academy event in Las Vegas will feature a top-notch team of instructors including Phil Gordon, Alex Outhred, Mark Seif, Paul Wasicka, FBI corporal language expert Joe Navarro, probability and statistics expert Prof. Charley Swayne and motivational speaker Sam Chauhan, who will be talking about poker attitude and mindsets.

Participants will receive advanced information and theory on No Limit Texas Hold'em strategy, including the advanced math of poker, winning cash game strategy, advanced tournament strategy, heads-up strategy, as well as a special seminar on poker tells interpretation and deciphering.

The WSOPAcademy event in Atlantic City will feature 2004 WSOP winner Greg Raymer, Alex Outhred, Hevad Khan and poker tells expert Joe Navarro. The interactive seminars will cover all aspects of No-Limit Texas Hold'em strategy, from playing position and calculating pot odds to the significance of changing gears and playing aggressively.

Participants will also have the chance to play private tournaments at both Academy events in where winners will get a $5,000 WSOP Circuit Main Event seat at an event of their choice.
