Many schools offer degrees in Hospitality Management, and casinos might be considered a subpart of the program. Some universities may offer classes specializing in casino management but most do not. As the gaming industry grows there may be more need or demand for students who have a background in casino management.

Once you get a job working at a casino you may have the opportunity to work your way up. If you work hard you can move from being a dealer into the operations or management side of a casino. Working inside a casino can be a fulfilling career and if you are looking to make a living by gambling; cutting your teeth by learning all the games would not be the worst thing you could do.
