Three-time Grammy Award-winning artist and former member of the multi platinum band “Black Eye Peas”, Fergie, will close the holiday celebrations in Las Vegas with an exclusive live show at The Venetian Ballroom inside the Venetian Resort and Casino.

Right after Fergie's show, Skip Martin, the Grammy Award-winning artist, trumpet player, songwriter, artist, producer and former lead singer of Kool & the Gang. With thirty-eight albums with many of them having gone Platinum & Gold, Skip Martin has entertained millions of people around the world as lead vocalist for Kool & the Gang and The Dazz Band, Skip will take on the stage to entertain the audience with some of his most popular songs, including "Celebration," "Ladies Night" and much more.

Following the New Years Eve show, Fergie will join the festivities at LAVO Restaurant and Nightclub inside The Palazzo Resort and Casino where she will make the official New Year countdown and host the event along with DJ Reach in a special New Year night on the dance floor.

The Venetian and The Palazzo's New Year's Eve celebration will be held in The Venetian Ballroom. Doors open at 8:30 p.m. and all cash bars will be offering Perrier-JouetChampagne as part of the New Year festivities.
