Vegas 'Phantom' performer organizes benefit concert to launch first solo album

Phantom actor and performer, Jason Forbach, will perform a benefit concert to
launch his first solo album called “A New Leading Manâ€Â, which will be available
to the public the day of the show. The charity concert in benefit of Promise of
Las Vegas will be performed January 24th, 2009, at the Flamingo

Forbach’s
debut album features songs originally performed by leading male characters and featured
in musical theater plays such as “Spring Awakeningâ€Â. “Alive at Tenâ€Â, “The Sweet
Smell of Successâ€Â, “Here I Am†and other. The album’s instrumentation and
musical arrangements were performed by the musical director and famous

"The concert will be mostly songs from the album and possibly other songs in the same theme of the album that I wasn't able to record. The exact song list has yet to be ironed out." said Forbach in an interview given to the theater and musical news site Playbill.com.
