UFC114 fight card announced

Officials of the Ultimate Fighting Championship have announced the fight card for the UFC 114 event at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. The event will be headlined by a long anticipated match up between UFC legends Rashad Evans and Quinton Jackson. The fight was originally scheduled to take place at UFC 107, but the bout was canceled due to Jackson's involvement in the new A-Team movie. The Main Card will also include a heavyweight match between Forrest Griffin and Antonio “Minotauro†Nogueira, John Hathaway vs. Diego Sanchez , Dong Hyun Kim vs. Amir Sadollah and Melvin Guillard vs. Thiago Tavares.
The UFC also informed that Joe Brammer (7-1-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) and veteran Aaron Riley (28-12-1 MMA, 2-4 UFC) will also meet at this event. Brammer entered the UFC last year holding an undefeated 7-0-1 record, however, he suffered his first loss at The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale in December against Mark Bocek. Riley returned to the Ultimate Fighting Championship on UFC 91 after losing his first two fights, beating Gurgel by Unanimous decision and winning the UFC 91 "fight of the night" bonus. A few months later, Riley faced Shane Nelson at UFC 96, losing by a controversial technical knockout. A rematch was scheduled for UFC 101, which Riley won by unanimous decision. His last match was against TUF 9 lightweight winner Ross Pearson at UFC 105, losing the fight by TKO in the second round.
