UB and Absolute Poker affiliates report irregularities with Chipleader stats
- 11-5-2008
Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet have been in the spotlight for a series of scandals involving Super account users and other inconveniences reported by players, and even when Tokwiro Enterprises, owner of AbsolutePoker.com, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission have done the impossible to clean their sites’ names and reputation, players and affiliates still exposing problems with Absolute’s and UB’s Chipleader Affiliate program and some of the stats detailed on its report section.
Since last moth, several affiliates have started raising concerns at Casino Affiliate Programs forum regarding the exorbitant deductions for Processing Fees on their player’s stats. According to the messages posted on CAP’s Chipleader Official forum, the Chipleader Affiliate program is reporting processing fees that sometimes equal more than half of the revenue generated by the players. For some Chipleader affiliates, the daily average has dropped more than 50%, and their frustration is on the raise since Chipleader representatives simply stopped answering their e mails or posting messages on their forum explaining what’s going on. The Processing fees miscalculation is joining a list of unanswered issues described by Chipleader affiliates, including problems with the Dashboard and a series of questions and suggestions concerning the Tourney Stats.
Some forum members claim that the problem started soon after Chipleader added the “Processing Fee†column in the stats section; however, it is impossible to determinate if this is the result of a software glitch or if Chipleader is imposing these new fees as part of some recent policy. In the meantime, it is hard to figure out what’s going on until Chipleader issues an official answer. We hope it will be soon for a company that claims that “Affiliates Always Come Firstâ€Â.
