The U.S real state market may be struggling against the negative effects of a possible economic recession, however, the new Trump International Hotel and Tower will open today and all the available condos and penthouses are almost sold out. The 64 story condominium and hotel located in the Las Vegas Blvd was first announced in 2004 and comprises a total of 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom designs on the 16th-59th floors; and 50 deluxe one-, two-, and three-bedroom penthouses, suites on the top five floors, spa, a restaurant called "DJT," a outdoor pool with calefaction and 2,400 square feet of meeting space, even though, the new Las Vegas Hotel does not have a casino. Pricing during the final phase ranged from the $600,000s to $6 million.

The market for luxury condos and other properties in Las Vegas has tremendously improved in the recent years, by 1999 there were around 1200 luxury condos in the Las Vegas area, but more recently the Clark county authorities have issued permissions to 3000 luxury condos raising the current numbers to 4200 properties and another 12,000 still under developing.
