Tony Hawk to bring skate show and celebrity charity event to Wynn Las Vegas

Professional skateboarder Tony Hawk is bringing his personal vert ramp to Sin City for a special fund raising event called "Tony Hawk: RIDE Presents Stand Up for Skateparks" and set to take place on November 7th at Wynn Las Vegas.
The event will feature celebrity appearances and performances from some of the best sports stars in the professional skateboarding and BMX freestyle circuits, including legendary skateboarder Bucky Lasek, Simon Tabron, BMX master Mat Hoffman, Andy MacDonald, Kevin Staab, Shaun White, Jamie Bestwick, Brazilian skateboarder Bob Burnquist, Ryan Sheckler and Dennis McCoy.
The charity event will include a special live performance with punk rockers Rancid as well as a red-carpet and gala event featuring sports and entertainment celebrities such as Jon Favreau, Lance Armstrong, Jamie Lee Curtis,Andre Agassi, Elaine Wynn, George Maloof, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Mia Hamm, Lorenzo Fertitta, Frank Fertitta III, Robin Greenspan, Andrew Pascal, Shaun White, Robert Kotick and Ron Burkle.
The event will raise funds for the Tony Hawk Foundation's national skatepark program, which has raised more than $3 million and opened 341 skateparks in 448 communities.
Individual tickets start at $350. VIP Guests will receive various goodies and the package prices include signed skateboard decks and, in some cases, a VIP reception with Hawk and other celebrities, and hotel accommodation in Las Vegas.
