Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition debuts at the Luxor Hotel and Casino on December 20th

Premier Exhibitions and Luxor Las Vegas announced today that the historical Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition will be permanently moved to the Las Vegas Luxor Hotel and Casino starting on December 20th, 2008. Recently re-designed specially for the Luxor, this amazing exhibition puts on display a series of authentic artifacts, room recreations and expanded exposition galleries.

Visitors will have the chance to catch up with the Ship’s tragic story though a series of testimonies from the construction workers, engineers, passenger and archaeologists. The exhibition will also feature several recreations, including a first and third class cabins, part of the Promenade Deck and the Titanic’s Grand Staircase. Attendants will also learn details of the disastrous sinking, including a full explanation of the data recollected through the years and several theories of its demise.

The new Exhibition at Luxor will also feature more than new 20 artifacts never put  on display before, including gaming chips, passenger belongings and sections of the Grand Staircase as well as the “Big Piece” , a 15 ton  piece of the Ship and the largest piece of the Titanic ever recovered.
