The annual Poker Stars World Blogger Championship of Online Poker will be back at the online poker site beginning next December 15^th, so if you like playing online poker and blogging, then the 2008 WBCOOP is the ideal tournament series for you. Once again the event will give bloggers from every corner of the planet the opportunity to play and interact with other players for free, and win amazing prizes, including a PokerStars Caribbean Adventure package, European Poker Tour trips as well as a series of tournament entries.

The WBCOOP is open to players who own an eligible blog site, regardless if the blog is about poker or not. To qualify, your blog must have been running for at least two months and get regular content updates. Blogs created with the sole intention of qualifying for this promotion, or blogs that only have a handful of posts, will not be eligible to enter the WBCOOP. If your blog has been previously selected for past editions of the WBCCOP but hasn’t been regularly updated then it won’t be eligible to grant you an entry.

Now, once you register for the WBCOOP, you can use your blog to share your personal experience at the tournament with other bloggers and update your tournament’s achievements. The World Blogger Championship of Online Poker Final will take place on Sunday December 21^st; PokerStars is running daily Freeroll qualifiers open to all registered and confirmed bloggers. The daily Freerolls run from December 15^th to 20^th, 2008, in a range of different poker events listed in the PokerStars lobby, under the 'Events' and 'Special' tab.
