featured in the exciting Harrah's Hotel and Casino is the fabulous Range
Steakhouse. The Range Steak House is a more casual type of restaurant, the
Range has offered exceptional service and an excellent menu since 1997 and it’s
consider one of the best stake houses in Vegas nowadays. The tables offer a
great view of the Las Vegas Strip, the curved walls and windows leave an open

food. The first thing you are served are the complimentary bagel chips, which
are simply a great way to squelch your appetite while your meal is on the way. The
restaurant specialty is obviously big and juicy stakes.  The Range Steakhouse offers grilled steaks in
all sizes, from the 8-ounce filet to the 24-ounce porterhouse. The cooked to
perfection stakes are to die for and the prime rib is also a wonderful choice. The
prime rib is served with a special dressing and fresh horse radish and it is also
offered in a 12 or 16-ounce cuts. Other specialties include such as Peking Duck
Confit with mustard vinaigrette and Lamb Duet, featuring herb-crusted lamb
chops alongside dough wrapped lamb shank. These are some alternates that do not

The Range also features tasty seafood dishes including grilled Atlantic salmon fillets, corn and crab cakes, Alaskan king crab, Australian or Main lobster tails, swordfish steaks and some other great entrées and appetizers such as artichokes and crab dip, onion soup and scampi prawns. But since the steaks and the rest of the dishes are pretty generous, most people don’t usually bother about asking for an entrée and go straight to the main menu. And once you are done with your dinner, you can visit the Harrah’s Las Vegas wonderful casino or simply stick at The Range Steakhouse Piano Bar, which offers live music every night while you enjoy the restaurant’s signature cocktails and first-class wines, appetizers, exotic coffees, and cigars.
