The Plaza Hotel & Casino recently debuted Las Vegas’ BEST new player’s club member program offering more choices and more rewards than ever before. To appeal to its players, the Plaza has gone beyond the phrase “the customer is always right†to asking its customers what they really want. With the player feedback the Plaza received, the most aggressive new player sign-up program Las Vegas has ever seen was set in motion.
