The Mirage to Celebrate 20th Anniversary with Prices from 1989

This November, The Mirage Las Vegas will celebrate 20 years on The Strip with valuable room offers, classic merchandise, vintage restaurant menus and specialty drinks to transport you back to 1989.

It was on November 22nd, 1989 that The Mirage opened its doors on the Las Vegas Strip and became the city's first true destination resort. To celebrate the 20th anniversary, the Vegas Hotel will be hosting festivities all weekend long.

To start things off, enjoy a 20th Anniversary Package from The Mirage where guests can enjoy newly-remodeled rooms starting at only $89 per night. This includes a $50 Cravings Buffet credit. If you want to save even more money, book your stay for the birthday weekend of November 20th-22nd to receive 20% off room charges.

Visit The Mirage's flagship restaurant, kokomo's on the anniversary weekend to indulge in the original 1989 menu, complete with 1989 prices. Also enjoy some of the most popular drinks of the period such as Purple Passion, Melon Ball or Long Island Iced Tea, all for only $5 throughout the property.

“The Mirage has been at the forefront of Las Vegas since opening and we are proud to continue that tradition today,” says Scott Sibella, president of The Mirage. “Our focus remains on delivering trendsetting attractions, gaming and entertainment that entice visitors to return again and again. This is a very exciting time for our resort and Las Vegas as a whole and I invite locals and tourists alike to join us in the fun.”
