OFFICIAL RULES

   1. The iMagine Rewards $150,000+ Football Contest is open to all iMagine Rewards Club members. Contest card must be printed at the M Resort kiosks.
   2. The iMagine Rewards $150,000+ Football Contest is played each week of the regular season. The Contest begins Monday, September 6 and ends Sunday, January 2, 2011.
   3. Every iMagine Rewards Member can print one free Football Contest Card each week by simply swiping their iMagine card at the M Resort kiosks.
   4. Contest Cards can be printed each week from Monday, 9pm through Saturday at 9pm.
   5. Up to (10) ten additional Contest Cards may be earned each week with rated play.
   6. Contest Cards are earned daily with rated slot or table play from 12:00am – 11:59pm.
   7. Slot Play: Earn 250 Base Points in a single calendar day to receive 1 Contest Card. Player keeps their points. Table Play: 1 hour at $10 Avg. Bet = 1 Contest Card, 1 hour at $20 Avg. Bet = 2 Contest Cards, 1 hour at $50 Avg. Bet = 5 Contest Cards, 1 hour at $100 Avg. Bet = 10 Contest Cards.
   8. Contest Cards must be printed at the kiosk on the date they are earned.
   9. Winning teams will be posted at www.themresort.com within 24 hours of the final score of the Monday Night Game.
  10. Scoring: Each week, the 1st place prize is paid to the player with the most winning selections on a single Contest Card. The 2nd place prize is paid to the player with the second most winning selections on a single Contest Card. The 3rd place prize is paid to the player with the third most winning selections on a single Contest Card.
  11. Prizes are aggregate. If there are multiple winners for first, second or third place, the prize will be split equally among all eligible winners.
  12. Prizes: 1st Place Pays $5,000 Cash. 2nd Place Pays $2,500 Cash. 3rd Place Pays $1,500 Cash.
  13. LOYALTY BONUS! Winners who have earned 5,000 base slot points within the past 30 days of the date of win will receive DOUBLE their award in Free Slot Play. Example: 1st Place Winner with 5,000 earned base points will win $5,000 in Cash and $5,000 in Free Slot Play.
  14. Prizes are available for pick up one hour after the conclusion of the Monday Night Game each week. Winners have up to five days to collect their prize(s). Prizes must be claimed at the iMagine Rewards Center by Saturday at 9pm each week. The iMagine Rewards Center is open from 8am – 12am daily. The winner must be present in person, with photo ID and iMagine Rewards card and winning Contest Card to claim any prize.
  15. Games which result in a tie, are canceled, forfeited or postponed beyond Monday night are a considered a push and do not count towards the scoring of the contest.
  16. The M Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, or computer malfunctions resulting in the loss of Contest Cards.
  17. Contest Cards which have been photocopied or altered are invalid and cannot be claimed. Only original Contest Cards will be honored.
  18. Determination of valid Contest Cards will be at the sole discretion of M Resort Management.
  19. The M Resort has the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct, infraction of rules or any other reason management at its sole discretion deems sufficient.
  20. Participation in this promotion grants the M Resort the right to reproduce, print, publish or disseminate any medium their picture, likeliness, name, voice and biographical material for purpose of new, advertising and or promotion of the M Resort.
  21. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is deemed fair to all parties, in conjunction with NRS 463.362
  22. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable state, federal or other applicable income taxes on the value of the prize and winner shall provide M Resort with all information requested by M Resort in connection with local, state and federal tax reporting.
  23. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the M Resort of a change in his or her mailing address or email address by filling out the http://www.themresort.com/contact/contact_us.php form, selecting the Imagine Rewards Club department, and notifying us of such change during the applicable Promotional period.
  24. WINNERS LIST: The winners will be posted at www.themresort.com each week.
  25. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
  26. Release: By entering this promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, M Resort, LLC, the prize sponsor, each of their related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
  27. Limitations of Liability: M Resort is not responsible for: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotions or the processing of entries; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion.
  28. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the promotion or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, County of Clark; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and M Resort in connection with the drawing, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Sate of Nevada.
