are known as one of the most influential rock bands of the 1970s, releasing a
number of gold and platinum records and selling over 27 million albums in the
With mega-hits like "Mama Told Me Not to Come," "Joy to the World," "Black and White" and "Shambalaâ€Â, Three Dog Night was unquestionably one of the most popular bands in the U.S during the late 60’s and early 70’s. The band counts with twenty-one consecutive Top 40 hit singles and won twelve straight gold LP’s, also, by late 1975, Three Dog Night had sold nearly 50 million records worldwide.
