Stratosphere Hotel & Casino to host free NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver autograph session on Sept. 24

The Stratosphere Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is inviting racing fans to take part in a free NASCAR Camping World Series driver autograph session scheduled on Friday, September 24th. The fan-friendly fest is a prelude to the Smith’s 350 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series taking place on Saturday, September 25th at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.


The autograph session will be held at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino (2000 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104) from 7-8:30 p.m. The autograph session will be followed a drawing for driver merchandise (t-shirts, hats and autographed sheetmetal) beginning at 9:00 pm.


Drivers scheduled to take part in the event  include 2005 Smith’s 350 winner and 2006 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion Todd Bodine, 2009 Smith’s 350 winner Johnny Sauter, 2002 Smith’s 350 winner David Starr, Jeffrey Earnhardt, son of Kerry Earnhardt and grandson of seven-time NASCAR champion Dale Earnhardt, and former Formula 1 driver Nelson Piquet Jr.


Other drivers attending the autograph session are Matt Crafton, Aric Almirola, Stacy Compton, Brian Ickler, Ricky Carmichel, Jason White, Carl Long, James Buescher, Jennifer Jo Cobb, Tony Jackson Jr., Mario Gosselin, Mike Harmon, Jamie Dick, Chris Jones, Clay Greenfield and Bobby Hamilton Jr. More drivers will be announced as the event draws near.


The event will be broadcast live at KKLZ 96.3 FM radio beginning at 6:30 p.m. The first 200 fans in line will receive race tickets to Saturday’s Smith’s 350 and NEON garage passes compliments of KKLZ.
