Station keeps Viva project alive

Station Casinos is currently
planning what could be its biggest and most expansive project in
"As we started looking at the site, originally we were talking about one hotel-casino. But as we got more property we decided we have the ability to put multiple properties on there and create a whole development. It takes years to get a design completed. Point of fact is we're going to be in a position where CityCenter is going to be open. We're going to have some visibility on how they're doing before a project like this is even going to be in the ground. Based on the build-out and density of what we're planning, it would be similar in size and scale to the CityCenter project." said the Station Casinos President Lorenzo Fertitta.
This project could take
more than half a decade to be completed and Station Casinos' plans come when
other projects such as Crown Las Vegas, Cosmopolitan and the Tropicana have been
putted on hold due some financial problems. But this is not the case and Deutsche
Bank gaming analysts think that
