Renaissance  Hotel and their on-site Las Vegas steak restaurant, ENVY The Steakhouse, are inviting guests and food connoisseurs to experience a night to remember featuring classic Vegas Holiday style complete with the choice of a two, three or four-course dinner, a champagne toast at midnight and an exclusive ambience featuring delightful live music and great service.

Reservations for the special New Years night at ENVY Steakhouse will be taken for 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The dinning options is a limited a la carte menu, including an exclusive selection of entries, soups, salads, as well as juicy and fresh steaks, chops and other cuts from the house and one of the greatest seafood choices in Town, giving guests the chance to create their own menu for an option of a two-course meal for $55, a three-course meal for $65 or a four-course meal for $75. A special Champagne Wine Dinner is also available at $130 per person. All packages include a champagne toast at midnight.

ENVY will also provide live music from 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., creating the perfect atmosphere to receive the New Year in Las Vegas.
