Red Rock Harley-Davidson celebrates its Grand Opening weekend featuring Hoyt Corkins Celebrity Poker

American Motorcycle Icon, Harley-Davidson will celebrate the debut of its new 104,000 square-foot Las Vegas store with a three-day festivity running from November 7th through 9th. Assistants at the "Rock-Hard, Ride Harder" event at the Red Rock Harley-Davidson store will have the chance to check Harley’s new 2009 line and enjoy, food, drinks from the famed Hogs & Heifers Saloon, music, demos, on-site financing, as well as a party hosted by the Hawaiian Tropic girls and the opportunity to participate in the Hoyt Corkins Celebrity Poker Tournament (CPT) starting at 3:00 pm on November 8th and play for the grand prize of a 2008 105th Anniversary Edition Harley-Davidson bike, a World model Curtis & Co. watch, a lead crystal trophy designed by Legacy Alliance, Inc, and exclusive Harley-Davidson products.

The event’s proceeds will help the Nevada Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Poker player Robert Williamson III will host a live auction featuring autographed poker memorabilia with all earnings also benefiting the JDRF. Celebrity tournament director Matt Savage will host the event, which will also feature special appearances by the legendary poker player Doyle Brunson, UltimateBet pro and 11 WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth, Chip & Karina Jett, Todd Brunson, Tiffany Michelle, Pam Brunson, Cyndy Violette, Brad "Yukon" Booth, Mark Newhouse, Brandon Cantu, Jeff Madsen, Lee Watkinson, and 2008 World Series of Poker final table players David "Chino" Rheem and Dennis Phillips.

Hoyt Corkins Celebrity Poker Tournament will feature a $500 buy in, and New Poker, "The most strategic Hold’em in the world" will host special $60 qualifying tournaments on Friday, November 7th, at the Red Rock Harley-Davidson store. New Poker will also host a series of side poker games on the day of the tournament.On-site registration will start at noon on Friday, November 7th, in addition, World Poker Tour Boot Camp will conduct free poker seminars all day long beginning at 2:30 p.m. for all poker fans interested in improving their game and learning a few tricks.
