The tournament is open to the public and gives players the opportunity to win a seat at one of the most popular poker shows on TV and play side to side with some of the most successful poker players in the world for a $120,000 cash prize. Buy-in for this tournament is $330 and will feature $200 multi re-buys and $100 add-ons.

In addition to the charity tournament, Suzie and Howard Lederer will also host a series of extra events and games and some of the best food around during their annual World Series of Barbeque. Celebrities and pro poker players will have the chance to enjoy great food, entertainment and friendly competition, as well as a great time away from the tables. This seventh annual party begins at 6:00 p.m. at The Tank, the Golden Nugget's $30-million pool and shark aquarium, and will be also feature a special fireworks display scheduled at 10:10 p.m. after the Fremont Street Experience Viva Vision lightshow. The Barbeque is open to invited guests, select media and participants who play in the Charity Poker Tournament and re-buy at least twice.

The charity tournament festivities kick off in The Grand events center at 4:00 p.m. Registration for the event starts on July 1^st at the Golden Nugget Poker Room.
