The Palazzo and The Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will welcome the 2009 in style with a series of special New Year's Eve festivities at LAVO, Sportsbook Bar & Grill, Dos Caminos, SUSHISAMBA, Salute Lounge, The Concierge Lounge, TAO, La Notte, La Scena, Venetian Ballroom and V Bar.

Grammy Award-winning artist, Fergie, will kick off the night with an exclusive live performance at the The Venetian Ballroom that will include hits such as "Fergalicious," "Glamorous" and "Clumsy." Right after her performance at the Venetian Ballroom, Fergie will serve as mistress of ceremonies for LAVO's inaugural New Year's Eve celebration while DJ Reach spins for the crowd. The party will continue with former Kool & the Gang vocalist Skip Martin, who will shake the ground with songs like "Celebration" and "Ladies Night." Hip hop artist and actor, Coolio and DJ Wino will also join the party to keep the celebration going and the crowds dancing.

Sportsbook Bar & Grill at The Palazzo Resort and Casino will have a exciting New Year's Eve celebration featuring video DJ master Phat Al as he spins to music videos display on all 72 TVs throughout the evening. Guests can also meet at the outdoor patio for one of the best views of the midnight fireworks on the Las Vegas Strip.

Several DJ’s will put some spice on the New Year’s celebrations inside the Salute Lounge, Concierge Lounge, La Notte nightclub, and La Scena Lounge at The Venetian, where guest will take a generational musical journey through the 70's, 80's and today's mainstream pop genres with Peter Monroy and DJ Sally.

New Year's Eve at Dos Caminos will include a  night of entertainment with beats by Carlos Sanchez and Sweet P and a champagne toast at midnight. The exclusive Sushisamba restaurant will also arrange a special celebration honoring Brazil's Goddess of the Sea, which will give guests the opportunity to enjoy Sushisamba’s great menu and amazing drinks as well as samba dancers and batucada drummers.

TAO Asian Bistro and Nightclub will hold one of the sexiest celebrations on the Strip featuring Carmen Electra as the New Year's Eve MCand an exclusive performance by DJ Vice. Guests and attendants will also enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and open bar from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Finslly, the V Bar will heat up the nigh with a special countdown featuring DJ Re:Turn and DJ Ethik as they spin the hottest mash ups, hip-hop, top 40, dance and house music. The New Year's Eve package also includes a champagne toast at midnight and party favors.
