edition of the annual World Poker Congress (WPC) will gather online poker
operators, providers, advisors, supporters and executives of the online and

The list of speakers at the 2008 WPC will have several newcomers such as the European Casino Association as well as veteran gaming and poker experts including Steve Lipscomb, founder and CEO of World Poker Tour Enterprises, who will address the audience about the actual perception and future of the poker industry.

The World Poker Congress 2008 will also feature conferences about live poker and internet poker in where attendants will learn and discuss the latest updates and tendencies in the industry as well as networking events, refreshment breaks, lunches, product exhibitions and meetings in where the panel will examine new topics such as the implementation of marketing methods to attract players, the roll of females players in land based and online poker tournaments and new ways to promote the online poker brands at live poker events.
