Official Chipleader response to affiliate concerns
- 11-7-2008
“On behalf of Chipleader’s Affiliate Program and the AP and UB brands we would like to address the issues that have been posted by “WedoitallVegas.com†members. As the head Affiliate Managers we understand that some of our affiliates are frustrated with the change in processing fees, and the reporting delays in Chipleader. We would like to explain in full detail the change that we made to the processing fees and how it actually benefits our affiliates.

Our processing fees are now based on

With that being said, our goal at Chipleader with this change is to accommodate our affiliates. Although at the moment we are experiencing some technical delays in Chipleader because of our testing, updating, and revamping for the launch of Cereus. These delays are being worked on diligently by our development team and backend techs.ÂÂ
All problems that have occurred in the last week with Chipleader’s affiliate system will be taken care of within the next 48 hours. All reports, figures, and tools will be 100% accurate once again. We understand that our affiliates have been quite frustrated with these inconveniences and that is why we are gung-ho to get everything squared away and where it should be.
On another topic most of you may be interested to know about the launch of the new Cereus platform, where both Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet will be integrated together. We have had some delays with this but only because we’ve had a couple of third parties (KGC) auditing everything to ensure a CEREUS is seamless. We are very confident and enthusiastic about this launch, larger tournaments and jackpots, Bad Beat Jack Pots as big as $1 million, all together more efficiency and a more optimal experience. We appreciate all/any feedback from our partners; feel free to email us at Marcela@chipleader.com and Danielle@chipleader.comâ€Â

Sincerely,
Chipleader Team
