Nickelback's “Dark Horse World Tour' coming to U.S in September

After more than 100 shows worldwide and nearly 2 million tickets sold, Canadian rock band Nickelback will return to American soil for the second leg of its highly successful “Dark Horse World Tour”. The next leg of the tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off on September 14th in Nashville, TN and will make stops in Detroit,  Pittsburgh, Newark,  Columbus, New Orleans,  Sacramento and Phoenix, before wrapping up on October 30th in Las Vegas.

The band, who was named Billboard's 'Group of Decade' and kicked off 2010 by performing at the Closing Ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics, will share the stage with fellow country mates Days of Grace and Californian alternative rock band Buckcherry .

The "Dark Horse World Tour" has been a smashing success, as all previous legs have been completely sold out. Since 2009, Nickelback has sold more than 1.6 million tickets and has played more than 120 shows around the world.
