Microgaming shuts 30 poker skins.
- 3-3-2008
Microgaming
and Prima Network have announced the recent termination of Tusk Investment Corporation software
license, eliminating the contract of about 30 poker skins which have been blocked
from the Microgaming/Prima network because of solvency problems. All players were
notified by Microgaming before getting their accounts disabled. Microgaming
Poker Network posted the following message in every singe Tusk Investment skin:
â€ÂMicrogaming announces that it has
terminated its software licence with Tusk Investment Corporation - with
immediate effect, after having received Tusk's notification of its plans to put
the Company into liquidation. Microgaming is presently gathering all facts
related to this matter and will provide further announcements as and when
information becomes available.â€Â
The disable skins listed by Microgaming are the following:
Royal Card Club, Red Nines
Poker, Arctic Poker, Raw Poker, Poker.ie, Daily Poker,  Will Bet Poker, Bet Road Poker, Grand Central
Poker, Off The Rail Poker, Privy Poker, Atomik
Poker, Dave's Poker Room, , Hot Pepper Poker, Poker Seas, TilttAA Poker,
Loose Games Poker, Flush Draw Poker, CPT Gaming Poker, Ice Bear Poker, GoHard
Poker, Caya
Poker, Mr Urban Poker, Poker Sweden, Berserk Poker, Euro Poker Dream, Hetman
Poker, Battlefield Poker.
Online poker players have already manifested their concern about this issue in
several forums and blogs, whatever is going to happen to the players’ bankroll
is still uncertain and that raises many questions about the future of the
mentioned sites. Unfortunately Tusk Investment Corporation hasn’t released any
official statements revealing a possible solution for this matter.
Is said that Microgaming will possibly release an statement regarding the
customers and effected poker skins and their future with the Microgaming
network.
