The superior service and personalized dedication of MGM Grand’s concierge have garnered an elite unmatched distinction.  Les Clefs d’Or, a prestigious worldwide association of hotel concierge, has awarded the resort’s dedicated concierge staff with 12 sets of gold keys; its premier symbol of “guaranteed quality service.”  MGM Grand now has more sets of Les Clefs d’Or gold keys than any other hotel in the world.

Readily recognizable by the crossed keys on their lapels, Les Clefs d’Or concierge are seasoned professionals committed to serving every desire.  At MGM Grand, concierge are available to secure the many minute details needed to create experiences of a lifetime – from a memorable night out to an impromptu yet utterly romantic proposal.  To ensure a welcoming experience for all, MGM Grand’s diverse team of concierge speaks 13 languages and has been specially trained in global etiquette.

To be accepted into Les Clefs d’Or is a prestigious honor attained by less than 3,500 concierge worldwide.  Applicants must have at least five years of experience in a hotel lobby with daily face-to-face guest interactions, at least three years as a full-time concierge and pass a strenuous screening process which includes an interview, mock guest call and extensive written exam.  The Les Clefs d’Or concierge of MGM Grand offer a combined 194 years of dedicated hospitality service.

In addition to holding more keys than any other hotel in the world, MGM Grand also boasts another noted Les Clefs d’Or honor.  In November, a lifetime international honorary membership was bestowed on MGM Grand Vice President of Hotel Operations Tim Kelly for his contributions to the development, growth and support of concierge professionals in Las Vegas.
