Must of us at one point or time, have won a
showdown. Now it may have been a big pot, and the other player may have mucked,
and in the online poker play, you have the advantage of seeing exactly what the
player mucked. The last hand button is great not only because you will literally see what the other
person had, but also how they play. Let’s start off by using an example.
You get dealt A-K of hearts, and raise it up to 4x the big blind in dealer position. Player B, who called in early position, calls your bet. The flop is 5-8-A, with 2 hearts, giving you a pair of aces and a flush draw. You decide to bet 4x the big blind again, and Player B calls. The turn is a 2 of hearts, now giving you the nut flush. You bet 2x the big blind, and Player B calls. The river is a Queen of clubs, still making your nut flush the best hand. You check, in hope of Player B to bet. Unfortunately, he checks, and mucks his cards. We hit the Last Hand button, only to reveal that Player B had 6-7 off.
Now, what we are going to do here is gather as much information as possible, using the Last Hand button. So we know that with calling a 6-7 off in early position, Player B does not know a lot about positioning, and starting hands rankings. When you bet and he called pre flop, we can discover that he is very loose pre flop and can be classified as a donk. Now, the flop gave him an open ended straight draw, and he called big bets in lure of hitting his straight, even though the board was 2 suited, and on the turn making it 3 suited. So to sum up what we can gather from Player B is that we can expect him to be calling garbage hands pre flop, and calling big bets with his weak draws. After realizing this, we can assume that against him we will most likely be ahead, and this player is very easy to extract poker chips from.
Now this is just for one player, if you can do it to every player at your table you will in no time be the chip leader. The great thing is this works for all games, cash, sng's or poker tournaments.
