"Each of our restaurants and beverage outlets have been conceived to offer an unrivaled service standard where guests are known by name and not just by number. We also have very special menus planned, which will be prepared using some products that we've cultivated ourselves. We believe food is one of the most, if not the most important reason why guests will visit the property. The restaurants that we have developed will introduce a new kind of dining experience that reflects my family's reputation for great food and great value." said Chairman and CEO Anthony A. Marnell, III.
With a passion for food and a desire to introduce new culinary experience in Las Vegas, M Resort offers a wide variety of dining choices created to satisfy even the more demanding customers. Each concept was developed to bring an exclusive and innovative environment at each restaurant and to provide customers with an unprecedented level of service and quality.
