M Resort, Spa and Casino, an all-new $1 billion resort will be finished by the spring of 2009 on South Las Vegas Boulevard, the complex is located on approximately 80 acres of land at the southeast corner of St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard. Located higher than other resort-casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, the M Resort will feature the best view of the Las Vegas, the resort will have 390 exceptionally decorated guest rooms and suites, over 90,000 square feet of gaming and more than 40,000 square feet of meeting and conference space in addition to a variety of luxury amenities including many dining and entertainment options as well as a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center offered to provide local and out of town guests with an unrivaled South Strip experience.

The Mega Resort has also signed an agreement with Galaxy Theatres, the movie theatre company widely known for its advanced digital technology and customer service philosophy. The plan is to open a 63,000 square-foot movie entertainment theatre with14 screens and 3,100 seats, digital and 3-D movie projection, spacious auditoriums, over-sized movie screens, all-stadium luxury seating, digital sound and premium concession selections, including popcorn with real butter, will be offered at the movie entertainment theatre. Galaxy Theatres, which is ranked in the top 10 of its industry in size, has movie entertainment theatres in California , Nevada , Texas and Washington .
