The 2008
World Series of Poker in Las Vegas is about to kick off, the most important
poker tournament on the planet will feature 54 events and will pay millions of
dollars in prizes. Almost ever poker player that consider him/herself a
credible fan knows about the relevance of the World Series, but during summer,
it is really easy to find other poker tournaments and events in
Binion's Horseshoe for example, will feature the Annual Binion's Poker Classic; the second edition of this extraordinary poker event will be running the Poker Classic from May 28th to July 8th and comprises a total of 43 tournaments with buy-ins beginning at $150. In addition, Binion’s will also have special $100 buy in events for ladies, seniors and casino employees. The $2,000 Championship Event will be held on July 7th, Binion’s is also running $220 qualifying satellites for the final event on July 5th and 6th.
