World famous Pop sensation, The Jonas Brothers, have recently announced that they are planning to bring their World Tour 2009 to the MandalayBayResort and Casino on August 1^st, 2009. The Tour will kick off on June 20^th in Dallas, TX, and will include 44 shows in North America, as well as a few dates in London and Paris before it comes to an end on August 30^th with the last show programmed to take place in Ottawa, Canada.

 

"This tour is going to be about really connecting with our fans. We've got new music that's taking us in new directions plus a mind-blowing production that's going to surprise everyone. We want to give the audience the summer concert they're not going to ever forget." said Joe Jonas.

"The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009" will be presented on a massive 140-foot plus stage centered in the arena so there's not a bad seat in the house. A circular water screen, multi-color laser effects, motion automated video screens, a giant crane levitating over the audience as well as other surprises that promise to bring the each show to the next level of concert entertainment. The 2009 global tour will also feature "American Idol" season-six winner Jordin Sparks on the road with them, as well prep-rock band Honor Society.

"Before the TV show comes out, we have our tickets for our tour going on sale. We have the [TV] show in May, then the album, then the tour. So we have a lot of things in the pipeline. But things are looking fun right now." Kevin Jonas said about regarding their plans for 2009.
