LiveStrong was created in 1997 by the American professional road racing cyclist and cancer survivor, Lance Armstrong as an effort to help cancer survivors and educate the people a about the dangers of cancer. Livestrong.or also raises funds for investigation and to aid patients around the world to fight this terrible illness. Since the promotion was introduced, Jackpot City Casino has raised funds to the amount of $2,650 for the LiveStrong Foundation.
