IGT to launch new Service Window Application at Bellagio's high-limit area

International Game Technology, a world leader in the creation of games and casino applications, announced today that Bellagio in Las Vegas will launch a new player experience in their high-limit area with IGT's Media Manager and Taxable Accrual server-based applications.

The application, which is expected to go live in Spring, 2011, allows players to automatically process their own taxable jackpot events on the game screen via the Service Window, and gives the property expanded flexibility for customized and personalized content right at the game. The Bellagio Resort will deploy IGT Media Manager in their high-limit area.

"We're excited to see Bellagio use our applications to enhance the player experience. This single application will change the way Bellagio approaches service for their most important guests, and is further evidence of how operators can use server-based technology to gain flexibility, control and an all-important competitive edge." said Ron Rivera, IGT senior vice president of North America sales.

Bellagio Las Vegas joins the growing roster of IGT customers around the world, including 30 different casinos in nine states and six countries currently using IGT's server-based technology. In addition to the customers' benefits, the application provides operators at Las Vegas hotel with flexibility to instantly deliver fresh, customized, property-branded communications and promotions to players on the game screen via the Service Window.

"In addition to Media Manager, the Taxable Accrual application will give us a new way to elevate the player experience and exceed our customers' expectations. It solves one of the biggest problems in the industry by automating jackpot processing. We're looking forward to giving our players the opportunity to sign off on their jackpots right at the game, eliminating paperwork and wait time. At the same time, Taxable Accrual will boost our reporting accuracy and enhance the customer experience. It's a true win-win for Bellagio." commented Justin Beltram, vice president of slot operations at Bellagio.
