High Stakes Poker ready to record Fifth Season in December

The High
Stakes Poker, the highly popular poker show exclusively produced for GSN by
Poker PRO-ductions, has announced that it will be back in Las Vegas for a fifth season with
even bigger stakes. The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in
“High Stakes Poker, by a wide margin, has become a must-see on GSN for poker players and poker fans all over the world. We are happy to bring back the top amateurs and professionals risking hundreds of thousands of their money in the new season.†said the show's executive producer and recent Poker Hall-of-Fame inductee Henry Orenstein.
The “High Stakes Poker†is the first show to exclusively feature high stakes games instead of regular tournaments, during the previous seasons, the show gathered some of the best and most successful players on the planet, including names such as Eli Elezra, Patrik Antonius, David Benyamine, Doyle Brunson, Guy Laliberte, Gabe Kaplan, Phil Laak, John Juanda, Gus Hansen, Jamie Gold, Phil Hellmuth, Jennifer Harman, Erick Lindgren and Daniel Negreanu among others. The fifth season lineup will be announced in the next weeks but executives are guaranteeing that nobody will be disappointed.
