The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour is back and the organizers just announced the schedule, dates and locations of the upcoming 2008 edition. After a great and successful debut last year, the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour is expected to bring not only some of the best players in the UK and Europe, but the attention of the entire poker community all around the globe. The poker tournament will keep the same buy in rates for all the events during the season except for the grand final. The buy in rates are a £1,000 for the regular events and £3,000 for the grand final. 

Last year’s edition attracted notable poker players as WSOP bracelet winner Praz Bansi, former EastEnders actor Michael Greco, EPT champion Julian Thew and Dave Colclough. Michael Ellis was crowned as the 2007 champion after he overcame a difficult 197-player field to win the tournament.
