Green Valley Ranch Resort Presents Nashville Unplugged: The Story Behind the Song

If you've ever wondered how your favorite song came about, then Green Valley Ranch Resort's Nashville Unplugged: The Story Behind the Song is just for you. These interactive shows will feature a special guest each night and offer audience members the chance to help write a hit song. Admission to these shows is only $5.
Nashville Unplugged at Green Valley Ranch Resort features songwriters Aaron Benward and Brian McComas along with a special guest each night. They will tell the story behind the hit song, before they perform it. Guests will also be able to ask questions about the songs and help write the next hit song.
The featured songwriters for March will be Lee Miller and Travis Howard. The Grammy-nominated Miller has written a string of #1 hits for Brad Paisley, Terri Clark and Trace Adkins among others. Travis Howard rose to fame after appearing on the first season of "Nashville Star", where he began a relationship with Miranda Lambert and has written ten songs for the singer. Howard has also achieved fame as an actor, appearing in "Elizabethtown" and "Cold Case", among others.
"Songs from a Hat" is an interactive feature of Nashville Unplugged, where audience members can offer song title suggestions, then the songwriters will choose one from a hat and write a song based on the title, which they will perform at the end of the evening.
The next Nashville Unplugged show is scheduled for Friday, March 12 and then again on Friday, April 16 with showtime at 8:00 p.m. and doors opening at 7:15 p.m. Must be 21 or over. Green Valley Ranch Resort is located at 2300 Paseo Verde Henderson, NV 89052.
