First Staybridge Suites Hotel opens in Las Vegas

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the opening of the first Staybridge Suites hotel in Las Vegas, a new $45 million 118-room Staybridge Suites that was originally built as a timeshare facility and features two suite options, the deluxe studio and the one-bedroom.  All suites count with a great view of the city include extras such as  DVD/CD player, stations with comfortable seating, speaker phones, internet connection, personal voice mail and fully equipped kitchens.

Not only is it a well-known leisure destination, but Las Vegas is also a highly-traveled corporate market, and our extended-stay amenities, such as full kitchens, comfortable living areas, housekeeping and meal services, will appeal to guests whether they’re in the area for business or leisure.” said Robert Radomski, vice president, Brand Management, Extended-Stay Brands, IHG

 

The Las Vegas Staybridge Suites also offers other services including daily breakfast buffet, guest laundry, gym, a business services center opened 24/7, a guest library, evening receptions in where guest will enjoy refreshments, light appetizers and conversation and a 24-hour convenience store located inside the property. The Staybridge Suites is located at

5735 Dean Martin Dr.
, a few blocks away from the Las Vegas Strip and only a few minutes away from several hotels and casinos, including the Luxor Las Vegas, MGM Grand and New York-New York Hotel and casino.

The Staybridge Suites Las Vegas is owned by Gary Tharaldson and is managed by Tharaldson Property Management, under a license agreement with the InterContinental Hotels Group, the Suites also count with a great guest loyalty program, Priority Club Rewards, the largest guest loyalty program in the U.S with 39 million affiliated members.
