Entertainment TV series “Denise Richards: It's Complicated” join the New Year festivity in Las Vegas along with hip-hop pioneer DMC. According to several news media sites, the beautiful movie Diva recently turned a Reality TV star will lead the countdown to 2009 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in an exclusive open bar party taking place at Prive. The glamorous Las Vegas nightclub will also celebrate its first anniversary and the New Year with a night of hip-hop, house and beauty that will kick off on Wednesday December 31^st and continue all night until Thursday, January 1^st.

The club’s doors will open at 9:00 pm, general admission and VIP tickets are on sale at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas and include an open-bar running from 9:00 p.m. until Midnight, in addition to DMC exclusive soundtrack, the Planet Hollywood has planned a special January 1^st celebration for Las Vegas locals featuring the distinguished house DJ and Grammy award winning artist Benny Benassi. The venue has announced that several other movie and music celebrities have also confirmed their attendance in what is sure to be one of the hottest New Years Eve parties in SinCity.
