Claude Gaty as chef de cuisine at the world famous Top of the World restaurant located
on top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino in
With more than 26 years of
culinary experience primarily in French cuisine, Chef Gaty is a perfect
addition for the award-winning Top of the World. His resume includes several
years working with the Lettuce Entertain You organization, in where he played
an essential part in the collaboration and creation of several award winning
restaurants around the
Prior to joining the Top of the World restaurant at the Stratosphere, Chef Gaty took a one year break from the restaurant industry to travel around the world and expand his knowledge, spending several months learning the fine art of artisan bread baking at the San Francisco Baking Institute and training with some of the best Thai chefs on the island of Koh Samui.
