Black Eyed Peas to host Countdown celebration at LAX Nightclub

Nightlife and entertainment leader PURE Management Group (PMG) today announced that Grammy Award-winning musical group The Black Eyed Peas will join the New Years Eve celebrations in Las Vegas at a very special countdown party at LAX Nightclub at Luxor Las Vegas.
"Las Vegas is the ultimate destination for New Year's Eve and what better place to celebrate than one of the city's hottest nightlife venues. We are very excited to welcome The Black Eyed Peas to LAX Nightclub, a group that has essentially coined the upbeat party anthem for today's generation." said Michael Gilmartin, director of public relations for PURE Management Group.
The band comprised of will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo and Fergie, will help countdown to 2010 in Vegas but aren't scheduled to perform. However, the band will perform two live shows at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on December 29th and 30th (buy Tickets Here).
The Black Eyed Peas have become a music phenomenon since the launch of the 2003 album "Elephunk", selling an estimated 20 million albums around the world and more than 13 million singles. Their most recent album, "The E.N.D" has already sold millions of copies thanks to singles such as "Boom Boom Pow" and chart-topper, "I Gotta Feeling," which was the number one US single for 26 consecutive weeks, setting a new record in the music industry.
Tickets to this special event will go on sale starting Monday, November 2nd, 2009. Ticket prices begin at $100. For more information or to purchase tickets, call 702-262-4LAX(529).
