“More than 3,000 people participated in the inaugural Poker Open. The players
were so pleased with the poker tournament, the way we ran the events, the reasonable
buy-ins, the quality of our dealers, the level of competition, they practically
insisted we make it an annual event.†said Glenn Casale, director of casino
operations in a press release.

There will also be a special $100 buy in Players Appreciation tournament on November 5th.
To enter this event, players must show at least one receipt to proof that they
have competed in an event. The Player Appreciation tournament will feature a
special prize pool built using a 2% cut from all the previous prize pools along
with the buy-ins. In addition, all players who make it into the final table at
this event will get a seat to the $1,000 buy-in championship event.
Players can
register on the day of the event at list three hours before the no-limit Hold’em
tournaments kick off and two hours before the starting time on the rest of the events.
