Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas is taking its Sunday brunch to a new, delectable level by offering a dining experience that combines gourmet and traditional brunch cuisine with an up-front view of its lake and world-renowned fountains. Priced at $59 per person excluding tax, this unrivaled array of culinary delights combined with the dramatic beauty of Bellagio makes Fountains Brunch at Jasmine the premier Sunday brunch destination for Las Vegas visitors and locals alike.
Guests attending Bellagio's Sunday brunch are welcomed with a tempting Tableside Bakery Trio, a careful selection of miniature pastries, muffins and Danish, along with seasonal berries to tease the appetite.
From there, guests may be drawn to the Lakeside Shellfish Bar offering an exclusive seafood menu featuring delightful creations and dishes such as freshly shucked Oysters on the Half Shell with a tasty mignonette sauce; Alaskan Red King Crab deliciously presented with a red mango jalapeno sauce; Scottish Smoked or Citrus-Ginger and Sake-Cured Salmon, paired with traditional garnishes and mini-bagel chips; and American Caviar served with chive crème fraîche and buckwheat mini-waffles.
Guests can also try new and different creations at the Organic Egg Station and enjoy a variety of choices ranging from Build-Your-Own Omelets to Eggs Benedict, served traditional, Florentine or lobster- potato cake style, or simply choose between the dining options served at the Carving Station, Cold Table and Hot Table.
Bellagio's Sunday brunch also offers a variety of desserts such as Chocolate Fondue, White and Dark Chocolate-dipped Strawberries, miniature French Pastries and an assortment of Truffles, Bon Bons and Tea Cookies.
“Between our extensive gourmet offerings, personal tableside touches and awe-inspiring fountain views, Jasmine is the spot for Sunday brunch in Las Vegas. For anyone who appreciates great food in a beautiful setting, this experience is unparalleled on the Las Vegas Strip.â€Â said Bellagio Vice President of Food & Beverage Ana Marie Mormando.
