Bally to Introduce Michael Jackson Slot Machines Across Las Vegas
Casino visitors will have the opportunity to see Michael Jackson in Las Vegas in the form of a new slot machine, set to be the next big hit by Bally Technologies. The digital penny slot will feature original Jackson hits, including "Billie Jean", "Smooth Criminal", "Bad", "Beat It", "Dirty Diana" and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough".
ÂÂ
The progressive slot, which was developed over a six-month period by Bally Technologies, will be introduced into a few Las Vegas resorts before it ships around the world early next year. The Michael Jackson slot is a progressive with a 40 cent minimum bet and a maximum of $4, featuring digital, hi-def screens, digital bet line and a surround-sound seat.ÂÂ

“Michael Jackson appeals internationally,†Director of Development David Schultz said. “He was such an incredible performer. He changed popular music as we know it.â€Â

The Michael Jackson slot machine will make its debut next week at the Global Gaming Expo, beginning Monday at the Sands Expo. Coincidentally, this slot will also show up in Las Vegas casinos at a time when Cirque du Soleil's "Michael Jackson: Immortal" debuts on December 3rd, not to mention the Michael Jackson Fan Fest taking place at the same time.ÂÂ
