Award winning entertainers Blue Man Group launches Nationwide Tour for 2010-2011 Season

NETworks Presentations, LLC recently announced that award winning entertainers and performing group, Blue Man Group, is taking their unique theatrical experience on the road for their first ever U.S tour running in 2010-2011 in over 37 cities across the nation.
The first stop on the tour will run from Sep. 14 – 26, at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, Texas. The tour will continue in Dayton (Schuster Performing Arts Center, Sep. 28 - Oct. 3, 2010) and Cleveland (PlayhouseSquare - Palace Theatre, Oct. 5 - 17, 2010), Ohio. The national tour will also make stops in Hershey (PA), Baltimore (MD), Hartford (CT), Danville (KY), Nashville (TN), Denver (CO), Atlanta (GA) and Lincoln (NE) before its last stop at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco, California (May. 24 - Jun. 19, 2011).
Originally founded in New York in the late 80's, the award winning Off-Broadway production led to a variety of productions world-wide, including the Olivier Award-winning London production, a headline show at the Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, and many long-running productions across the US. Currently, Blue Man Group theatrical shows can be seen in New York, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Orlando, Berlin, Tokyo & on tour throughout Europe that will bring the show to Stockholm and Vienna this fall.
Blue Man Group, best known for their bald and blue characters and one of a kind visual and musical performances, take the audience on a high-octane theatrical experience that combines stunning visual effects and haunting tribal rhythms help drive the show to its climax.
The theatrical tour features the "latest and greatest" material created by the ever-evolving Blue Man Group, highlighted by Blue Man favorites. The show also featured a new sound, set and video design centering around a proscenium-sized LED curtain and high-resolution screen create an entirely new, "Alternative-Broadway" visual experience for theaters across the nation.
