Alice in Chains, Deftones, Mastodon join for Blackdiamondskye Tour

Rock legends Alice in Chains, Deftones and Mastodon, will join under the "Blackdiamondskye" to present a triple headed tour set to begin this this fall. The month long tour presented by Live Nation will kick-off on September 16th at Charter One Pavilion in Chicago, Ill., and will make several stops across the U.S. and Canada, before closing on October 16th at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The "Blackdiamondskye Tour" will present material from each band's latest albums: "Black Gives Way to Blue" (Alice in Chains), "Diamond Eyes" (Deftones) and "Crack the Skye" (Mastodon).
"We're really looking forward to touring with our friends, Deftones and Mastodon. Each band has its own unique flavor and the combination of all three will make for a great show and a good time on the road." said Alice in Chains guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell.
