The Borgata Casino has announced the schedule of the 6^th edition of the Borgata Poker Open series. The tournament series will kick off on September 3^rd and will close on September 18^th with the $10,000 buy-in World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open Championship, a five-day tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of $5 million, the largest pool ever offered by a land-based casino and a minimum first place of minimum of $1,424,500. The poker tournament will feature more than 40 events with 16 main events, including No Limit Hold’em, Limit Hold’em, Seven Card Stud, and a Ladies No Limit Hold’em event. The buy-in for the Championship Event is $9,600 plus a $400 entry.

Offering live action games and some of the finest tournament structures, Borgata will continue its tradition of excellence with the sixth annual Borgata Poker Open series, a tournament that attract many professional poker players and regional players to Atlantic City every year. First place-winners from previous Borgata Poker Open Championship events include Noli Francisco, Daniel Negreanu, Al Ardebili, Mark Newhouse, and Roy Winston.
